Fishing

The Missouri Ozarks are home to world-class fishing due to a variety of large reservoirs, small spring-fed streams, and private ponds and lakes. Several varieties of bass are native to the region and are found in just about every waterway. Although you aren’t likely to catch any record-breaking fish in the Ozarks, there is something about the simple pleasure that comes from catching fish in their native habitat.

The fishing at Baker Bucks ranch is incredible.  We have a 100-acre private lake that has superior bass and crappie fishing. We also have around 40 ponds and lakes on the farm that are well stocked with crappie, perch, largemouth bass and catfish.

As part of the hunt package you are welcome to fish anytime you want – whether it be for a leisurely break during the day or at the days end to wind down. After a long day of hunting and fishing, our cook can fire up the burners and serve up some of the tastiest fried fish around.

Separate fishing packages are fully guided and include a two-day, two-night stay in the lodge with a minimum of 4 people per group for $500/person. An experienced guide will take your group out and set them up on the best pond or lake available. Meals are not included in the fishing packages.
